Update: Shipping Affected by Covid-19
The United States Postal Service has issued a notice regarding transit delays. Please visit this link to read the advisory. We are working hard to ship packages so that they arrive on time to their destinations, but we are advising our customers to place orders early to avoid late arrivals. Warm Weather Shipping
We strive to provide your precious packages fresh and in perfect condition. To reduce the risk of melted chocolate on orders in transit to warm-weather destinations and during summer months (May – September), we will include cooling materials for any orders that require it at no additional charge.
11AM Pacific Standard Time Daily Cut-Off
If your order was placed after 11AM PDT Monday-Friday, it will be processed the following business day.
The United States Postal Service is our preferred shipping vendor. Our main shipping days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are shipping a package to a warm weather or northeast, mid-atlantic, or southern destination over a weekend, your package may be held until the following Monday to ensure minimal time in transit.
Based upon the destination address and the number of days in transit, we may hold your package for shipping until the following Monday under these circumstances:
- The package will not arrive by Friday.
- The weekend weather requires cooling materials. Our cooling materials will last for up to three days and cannot accommodate weekend shipping.
- The collections in the order are highly perishable and have 14 day or lesser shelf life.
