What is it: The Before & After process allows for creative freedom down a straight line to a desired result. Our team can see how the current situation of the task is “before” they start working on it and they can see how it should be once the task is finished. The team then simply connects the dots using whichever methods they want as long as the finished product looks like the “after” example.
